Your prospective job:
You are acting as an Supply Officer Cabin (m/w/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
- Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
- Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
- Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
- Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
- Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
- Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
- Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
- Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
- Multiple years of work experience in the field of Project Management, Customer Service, Disposition / Material procurement and Buying
- Good knowledge in SAP/R3 and Google Workspace
- Fluent English and basic German skills, both written and spoken
- French or Spain skills would be nice
