Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Project Leader (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Acts as the bridge between current operations and future standardized processes
- Translates complex operational requirements into standardized business processes
- Supports process harmonization during the transition from R3 to S/4HANA by identifying legacy processes to be retired, improved, or standardized
- Identifies improvement projects to be launched via the Inflow Control Board
- Prioritizes projects delivering the highest impact against the company's ambition in terms of savings, revenue generation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability
- Ensures achievement of project objectives (time, scope, cost, quality) in line with customer expectations and in compliance with internal and external rules and regulations
- Defines, implements, and leads the project team and governance throughout all project phases, including cross-functional and matrix organizations
- Ensures effective integration of lessons learned
- Manages risks, opportunities, and contractual aspects (internal and external) proactively
- Ensures effective management of partners and suppliers
- Supports performance management through a strong understanding of Supply Chain datasets within the Airbus Customer Services environment
- Develops a solid understanding of Supply Chain data structuration in an SAP context
- Uses data modeling to derive actionable levers aimed at improving overall Supply Chain performance
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Supply Chain / Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering or comparable
- Work experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Customer Service
- Experience with data analysis and digitalisation tools
- Knowledge in Project Management
- Experience in SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English skills
- German and French skills would be a plus
