Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Technical Demand Forecasting Project Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Fuhlsbüttel.
Your responsibilities:
- Support complex IT projects from initiation through to successful deployment, managing scope, budget, onboarding, and timeline
- Expertly apply diverse project methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, selecting the most effective approach for each project
- Drive the development and manage the deployment of digital solutions on digital platforms (such as Skywise), including the international Customer Onboarding and Rollout process
- Supervise Sub-Contractor Management, ensuring external partners deliver high-quality work in line with project standards
- Act as the subject matter expert with deep knowledge on Airline and MRO specific processes, systems (e.g. MIS - Maintenance Information Systems) and Application Hosting Platforms (e.g., Aviatar, etc.)
- Evaluate, implement, support development for cutting-edge Digital Solutions in order to enhance operational efficiency
- Support International Stakeholder Management across diverse cultures and organizational levels, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations, leveraging diverse language skills
- Execute Change Management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems by (external) end-users
- Meetings with external clients to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing support for the digital solutions portfolio
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering ,Business Administration or comparable
- Work experience in IT / Information Systems, Aerospace and Project Management
- Knowledge in SAP and Google Workspace
- Experience in Sywise and MIS (Amos, etc.) is a plus
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness for international business travel
