Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Engineering Coordinator (f/m/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Work on technical development projects with a skilled engineering team
- Coordinate all team internal technical projects in terms of tasks, schedule, time and quality
- Ensure workflows and processes with the involved stakeholders to improve efficiency
- Preparation of Technical and formal Documentation
- Preparation and performance of formal project reviews
- Writing and Management of System Requiements
- Management of Review items and open tasks
- Support to Team and Costumer Coordination
Your profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, project management or comparable
- Experience in electrical/mechanical engineering or technical informatic
- Advanced knowledge in the field of technical project management
- Advanced knowledge in the field of writing technical requirements and requirements management
- Working experience in project management tools
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Knowledge in Jira, Confluence and DOORS is a plus
- Fluent German and Englisch, both spoken and written
