Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Project Manager for A320 Family Customer Line (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager in his accountability to achieve time, cost, quality and performance objectives
- Leading eradication initiatives with the shopfloor and engineering communities
- Setting up efficient project management processes and methods across the initiatives to enable strong project execution and secure demonstrated performance versus targeted / planned achievements incl. function KPI management
- Establishing a robust end-to-end planning for the project portfolio, performing its tracking in relationship with the stakeholders
- Establishing Risk & Opportunities management to anticipate issues and risks of the project
- Overview of all projects/initiatives running in business incl. Status, Costs, Actions, Prios, Due Dates
- Ability to prioritize projects which are supporting the SA Ramp-Up strategy and lead-time improvements
- Support of a meaningful reporting
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Economics, International Management or comparable
- Work experience in Project Management, Process Improvement and Contract Management
- Knowledge in Change-, Lean-, Risk-, and Project Management
- Experience in Google Workspace
- Experience with Airbus is a plus
- Agile methods are desirable
- Experience with Skywise is preferred
- Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
