If deactivation occurs at domain or cookie level, it remains in use for all tracking tags, insofar as they are implemented with Google Tag Manager. Should you not wish to receive any interest-based advertising, you can disable Google's use of cookies for these purposes by visiting the following page: www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin

We also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer, if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google will be able to tell that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our page. Every Google AdWords customer has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked using the website of an AdWords advertiser. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted into conversion tracking. AdWords customers can find out the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and been redirected to the page with a conversion tracking tag. The advertisers do not, however, obtain any information that can be used to identify users personally. Should you not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the placement of a cookie in this instance by using the browser setting which generally disables the automatic placement of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies originating from the domain “googleadservices.com”.

35. Google Consent Mode

With the consent dialog, users of our website give their consent (often also referred to as “cookie opt-in/consent”, “cookie banner”, etc.) for various purposes. On the one hand, it helps us to fulfill our obligation to obtain consent for the storage and reading of information on and from the user's end device (in accordance with ePrivacy guidelines). On the other hand, it allows us to process users' personal data in accordance with data protection regulations. At the same time, this consent also applies to Google, as the company is required by the Digital Markets Act to obtain consent for personalized services. We therefore share the status of the consents given by our users with Google. Our consent management software informs Google whether consent has been given or not.

The aim is to ensure that the (non-)existing consents of users are taken into account, for example, when using Google Analytics and when integrating functions and external services. This allows us or Google to dynamically adapt user consents and their revocation in the context of Google Analytics and other Google services in our online offering depending on the user selection; service provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR); Website: https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/9976101?hl=de. The basis for the storage is your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR, which you give us when you register for the newsletter. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending us an informal message (e.g. via contact form or email or unsubscribe link in every email). This revocation does not affect the legality of the data processing carried out up to that point.

As we are legally obliged to record your consent as part of the so-called double opt-in procedure, your order of the newsletter, the sending of our consent e-mail and your consent by clicking on the link will be recorded and stored according to time and place as well as with your IP address.

Your data remains stored as long as it is stored in our e-mail list, the storage is still necessary for legal prosecution by us or for our other legitimate interests or we are legally required to retain your data.
