From idea to service – implementation

Our experienced and dedicated team ensures the smooth implementation of an outsourcing solution that is optimally tailored to your needs.

1. Analysis

We work with you to analyse your current processes, systems and structures in order to gain a comprehensive understanding of your requirements and challenges.  Based on your strategic corporate goals, we define clear objectives for the outsourcing project. 2. Concept

The design phase involves defining processes, structuring the organisation and determining interfaces. We develop a tailor-made concept that takes both technical and organisational requirements into account. This involves creating a clear process model that maps out the transition and subsequent implementation of tasks.

3. Implementation

The implementation phase marks the transition from concept to operational use and ensures a successful start to the outsourcing project. Clear project plans with defined milestones are drawn up, the technical and organisational infrastructure is integrated, and knowledge and data are systematically transferred. The gradual takeover is followed by intensive monitoring and fine-tuning of processes.

4. Service & Optimisation

We provide our outsourcing service. Defined processes and measures are implemented. We coordinate the specialist departments and ensure that service targets are met and continuous improvement is achieved through our reporting and controlling of KPIs. What is Outsourcing?

Outsourcing refers to the transfer of a company's tasks or processes to external service providers. The biggest advantage of outsourcing is cost efficiency, as personnel and infrastructure costs can be reduced. At the same time, it allows for greater flexibility and access to specialised skills that may not be available internally.

What are the differences between outsourcing and temporary employment?

Outsourcing means that a company outsources certain business processes or services to external service providers. These operate independently with their own staff without the contractor having any authority over the personnel deployed.

Temporary employment (also known as temporary work or agency work) refers to a working model in which an employee is temporarily made available by an employer to a third company in return for payment. In this case, the employer acts as the supplier, while the third company assumes the role of the hirer.

How is outsourced staff separated from in-house staff?

The separation can be spatial, with the activities being carried out in other buildings or rooms. It can be functional, if the work can be clearly separated from other activities. It can also be temporal, for example by outsourcing certain shifts.

Is outsourcing legally compliant?

Outsourcing is legally secure if there are clear and detailed contracts between the parties involved that clearly define all rights and obligations. A clearly defined contract is crucial, precisely regulating the scope of services, remuneration, liability and termination modalities. Compliance with data protection laws and labour law provisions is also important.
