Our solutions to meet your needs

Our focus in EU recruitment is on logistics and production. Our staff have the relevant qualifications and can be deployed as general labourers, order pickers and forklift operators. If you place an order with us, we can start within two to three weeks.

If we are planning a joint project and deploying staff from other EU countries, the duration of the assignment should be at least 9 months.
We define the minimum number of staff to be deployed for your company as 20.

Flats are available to rent for groups of between 4 and 8 people. Full facilities, including a washing machine, kitchen, communal area and internet access, are provided. The project management team will inspect each potential flat before you move in. You are very welcome to join us for the viewing!

Throughout the entire duration of the project, staff will be supported by a project management team from OTTO Work Force Deutschland GmbH. We take care of ensuring that staff are fully prepared for their assignment at your company. To ensure staff integrate seamlessly into your workflow, it is essential that they are equipped with the necessary knowledge about their new workplace and the company where they will be working. To ensure smooth operations at the client’s premises and to meet the requirement for advanced German language skills, we place all EU workers in teams with designated supervisors who translate more complex work instructions.
