What is Onsite Management?
With onsite management, a personnel service provider provides your company with a direct contact person and coordinator for the temporary workers. As a rule, this person is permanently on site at your premises (either directly on your premises or in the immediate vicinity of the customer's company).
Onsite management is usually implemented as an extension of master vendor management or when working with a managed service provider.

Right on site
As part of our onsite management service, we can set up an office on your company premises if you wish. From here, we recruit and support the temporary workers employed in your company, maintain constant contact and are there for you directly on site. We integrate ourselves fully into your company processes.
You also have the option of using us as your master vendor. This allows us to fill your vacancies not only with our own temporary workers, but also to bring in additional co-suppliers as needed in order to respond as quickly as possible. Frequently asked questions before commissioning onsite management
Does Onsite Management make sense for my company?
There is no simple, general answer to this question. If you already employ staff through various personnel service providers, it is definitely worth considering using a Master Vendor. In most cases, onsite management is also a very sensible next step.
What are the advantages of Onsite Management?
Even if you have the most dedicated support person in the world, it makes a difference when they are actually on your company premises every day. The deeper understanding of all work processes and the opportunity to have a quick and easy face-to-face meeting should not be underestimated.
Is MV or MSP cooperation required in order to use Onsite Management?
In short: no. In principle, we can also set up onsite management for your company if we are the only personnel service provider supplying you or if you do not have a Master Vendor or Managed Service Provider contract with us. However, this often does not make much sense. We would be happy to discuss this with you in person.
