Frequently asked questions before engaging a recruitment agency
What type of contract is involved in recruitment?
Employees placed with you through direct recruitment are employed directly by your company. This means that the employment contract is concluded between you and the new employee, and you are responsible for paying their salary and any additional payments. Once the probationary period has been successfully completed, the process is concluded for the Orizon recruitment consultant.
What is the difference between recruitment and temporary staffing?
In the context of recruitment, you hire the candidate we place directly within your company. The only difference from your usual procedure is the process leading up to the position being filled, during which we either support you or take full responsibility for the recruitment process. In the case of temporary staffing, as the name suggests, we provide you with a worker for a limited period of time as requested by you. There is no employment contract between you and the employee, and the remuneration is payable not to the employee but to Orizon.
