What is a Managed Service Provider?

In temporary employment, a managed service provider, or MSP for short, is a service provider that assumes responsibility for supplying personnel to a client company by coordinating all suppliers involved. This means that the client receives personnel services from a single source, even though the workers employed come from different companies.

What is the difference between a managed Service Provider and a Master Vendor?

Unlike a Master Vendor, we as an MSP do not act as a supplier for you as a client company. This is why an MSP is also referred to as a neutral vendor.

Our role is rather to monitor and coordinate suppliers on site, as well as to standardise and continuously optimise all related processes. We act as the interface between you as the client company and all personnel service providers acting as suppliers.
