Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as the central coordinator to ensure the smooth operation of the entire supply chain
- Daily monitoring of supply chain performance to ensure full transparency
- Acting as a primary problem-solver for conflicts regarding goods receipt, internal transport, and shipping
- Active coordination and execution of reverse logistics processes
- Management of inventory levels in close alignment with suppliers and internal customers
- Close collaboration with external suppliers and internal cross-functional departments
- Joint implementation of preventative measures to ensure a reliable supply chain
- Analysis of delays and independent prioritization of urgent tasks
- Management of short- and long-term operational measures (e.g., logistics improvement, shortage management)
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or a comparable qualification
- Several years of work experience in Planning / Material Procurement, Purchasing, Customer Service, Project Management and Supply Chain / Logistics
- Good knowledge in SAP/R3
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Fluent Englishs kills both spoken and written
- Proficient German language skills
- French or Spanish is an advantage
