Your Prospective Job:
For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Buyer (m/f/d) for Mechanical System Installation for all Airbus different plants and aircraft families (A220, A320, A350, A330, A400M) in Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure coordination with Airbus procurement, engineering and programme teams to formulate the appropriate procurement strategies for all programs and to secure and stabilise the production
- Manage procurement activities like call for tenders RFI (Request for Information)
- Prepare and conduct negotiations until contract signature
- Manage contract templates, follow-up execution and prepare amendments
- Development of large internal and external networks
- Ensure professional and trusting supplier relationship management with aeronautical industry players
- Uphold the company ethics and compliance standards in all dealings
- Support procurement and all programs governance and management meetings
- Review of competitiveness, participation on multi-functional teams, task force and risks reviews
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Industrial Engineering, a technical field or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Procurement and Supplier Management
- Experience in Contract Management
- Good knowledge in Project Management
- Skills in Google Workspace
- Fluent English spoken and written
