Ihre zukünftige Arbeitsstelle:
Our client is a publicly traded automobile and motorcycle manufacturer headquartered in Munich. Its product portfolio includes various automobile brands and a motorcycle brand. With approximately 99 billion euros in revenue and around 120,700 employees, it is one of Germany’s largest companies and, with an annual production of 2.26 million vehicles, ranks among the world’s 15 largest automakers.
Artificial Intelligence and AI agents are transforming how processes are designed, executed, and continuously improved across the value chain.
In the People Division (PZ), we are building agent-based solutions that move from prototype to productive operations in weeks, not quarters. In this role, you join our rapid-response Agentic AI unit and help shape the next generation of AI-supported and agent-based processes — together with the Process Owners, the AI Product team, and close to the user.
Unser Angebot:

- Personal support and qualified advice offered
- Wages based on the ERA Bayern collective agreement
- 30 days annual leave
Ihre Orizon Pluspunkte
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Together with Process Owners you analyze existing HR and operational processes through a data- and AI-first lens: you assess data availability, data quality, and decision logic before defining the right mix of automation, AI, and agentic components.
- You identify AI- and agent-based use cases and contribute to the design of AI-driven process architectures that integrate available AI platforms, agents, data sources, and knowledge bases.
- You connect process thinking with technical execution: you translate process and data requirements into feasible agent designs and feed technical learnings back into process redesign.
- You support the assessment and validation of efficiency gains, balancing them against effort, data availability, and governance requirements — and help embed these considerations into lightweight business cases.
- You work closely with cross-functional teams across business, IT, AI Product, Data, and Platform to bring use cases from idea to productive deployment.
- You contribute to the design of human–AI interaction, ensuring clear responsibilities, transparency, and effective day-to-day collaboration between agents and process participants.
- You help apply our AI risk and governance framework to new use cases, ensuring legal, ethical, and compliance standards are integrated into the process design from the start.
- You support stakeholder alignment through clear communication, visualization of complex topics, and facilitation of working sessions.
Ihr Profil:
- University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Engineering, or a comparable field.
- English is the primary working language (C1)
- Solid language skills in German (at least B2)
- A data- and AI-first mindset: the instinct to look at data, decision logic, and process flow before jumping to tools — and the ability to challenge process design from that angle.
- Strong conceptual process understanding and the ability to quickly grasp complex business and operational contexts.
- At least 2 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI engineering, including designing, transforming, or implementing AI- and data-supported processes or workflows.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in implementing productive AI solutions, including practical work with at least one major framework (e.g. LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, PyTorch).
- Practical exposure to at least one of the following areas: Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, agentic AI tools and systems.
- Hands-on experience with low-code / no-code orchestration platforms in a corporate environment (e.g. n8n, Make, Power Automate) — including building productive workflows that integrate with enterprise systems.
- Conceptual or practical understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and its role in connecting agents to enterprise data and tools.
- Solid foundation in data handling: SQL, Python, data quality assessment, and ideally experience with data pipelines or feature engineering for ML use cases.
- Conceptual understanding of AI technologies and AI agents, combined with technical affinity and a basic awareness of relevant AI governance requirements (e.g. EU AI Act, GDPR).
- Ability to think in data- and AI-first process architectures rather than incremental digital improvements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work pragmatically in a small, high-velocity team. Sense of ownership and comfort with ambiguity are essential.
