Then you've come to the right place. We reward your successful recommendations of qualified specialists and managers with an attractive bonus of at least 300 € and up to 1.000 €.
Easy to get your bonus!
Simply use the referral function directly in the Orizon Connect app. You share your personal referral link and the recommended person can apply as usual.
We will then contact the recommended person and add their details to our applicant pool. We will then do everything we can to ensure that the recommended person can be placed with one of our clients as quickly as possible.
The bonus is paid out after the recommended employee has been hired in accordance with established rules. The amount of the bonus depends on the pay grade of the person recruited to work for us. You can find out more about the exact payment terms in our bonus rules.
