Your prospective job:
For our international client in the aviation and space programs industry, we are looking for you as an System Engineer (m/f/d) Satellite in Bremen for permanent employment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support spacecraft validation and system-level verification
- Definition of test specifications (system-level test, verification)
- Coordination of system engineering activities (with architects and subsystem engineers)
- Satellite functional and interface requirements analysis
- Flow down satellite requirements to subsystem level specifications
- Ensure compliance with satellite technical requirements
- Definition of satellite configuration and managemnent of the internal and external satellite interfaces
- Preparation of AIT and operational plans
- Oversee satellite test preparation and review of test results
- Preparation of launch and flight phases, preparation of launcher interfaces and operational data
- Support the maintenance of spacecraft databases and simulators
- Contribute to project risk management for technical risks
Your profile:
- Degree in engineering, physics or equivalent education
- Professional experience in a coordinating position of satellite projects (phases AB and in the field of verification)
- Experience in technical negotiations with customers
- Very good language skills in English (written and spoken), German and other language skills are a plus
