Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Aerostructures you are acting as a Scrum Master GenAI and AI Projects (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum events effectively (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective)
- Coach the team, works as a Product Owner and organization on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
- Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Guide the team in prioritizing the most valuable goals and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Adapt to change priorities and project requirements, pivoting or persevering as needed
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Track and visualize relevant Scrum metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team
Your profile:
- Completed studies in computer science, technical studies, business Informatics or comparable
- Several years of work experience in assistance and project management
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- Good knowledge in process management
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and Agile methods (e.g. Kanban)
- Affinity to AI and digitalization is desired
- Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
