Your prospective job:
For our renowned client in the aerospace industry you act as a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist (m/f/d) in the Munich area. Your position will be focusing on the leadership of a team for process digitalization.
Your responsibilities:
- Team lead focusing on the establishment of process digitalization methods and tools
- Coordination with the manufacturing engineering team
- Value stream mapping / process landscape of the entire production flow
- Implementation of the planning software DELMIA
- Creation of the required SAP processes
- Development of a system of predetermined time studies such as MTM
- Implementation of a production system
- Support in setting up an end-to-end product delivery process
- Build up lean philosophy within the manufacturing engineering team
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of Electronics Engineering, Process Digitalization or comparable education
- Profund Experience in comparable projects relating to the structure, definition and implementation of workflows and processes
- Know-How of process Mapping, SIPOC, EPK, ability to Moderate and Challenge Processes
- Familiar with Time Management, and MTM, Allowance Times, Performance Rating
- Professional Experience of SAP production planning, Interface 3DX to SAP, Scheduling in SAP, Interface EWM, SAP PEO System
- Experience in the field of OPEX, Philosophy vs. Method, Systems Thinking, communicating a lean philosophy
- Familiar with the Structure of DELMIA, and the Interaction with SAP
- Very good English skills, written and spoken, German skills would be a plus
