Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Innovation & Development Engineer (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Standort Stade.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting local composite R&T team (trials follow up at shopfloor)
- Planning, steering and reporting Composites Industrial technology R&T activities within the ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Community
- Setting up a roadmap to deliver the technological solutions for industrial applications
- Ensuring harmonized ME Principles, best-in-class and up-to-date practices
- Delivering mature solutions to develop new products
- Working in the development of new tool designs as well as new and innovative composite manufacturing processes
- Defining and managing execution of composite technology developments including composite automation and monitoring processes for future CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) parts
- Organization of project progress reviews and generation of associated reporting and action plan
- Management of risks inside the projects
Your profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, aerospace, industrial engineering, composites or comparable
- Work experience in construction, manufacturing engineering and composite materials
- First experience in project management
- Good knowledge of risk management
- Knowledge of AI and data analysis is an advantage
- Fluent English and good German, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (probably once every three months within Europe)
