For our renowned customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Supply Officer (m/f/d) for Aircraft on Ground at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.

Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to solve the AOG situation
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistics processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
- Part of the on-call service
Your Profile:
- Completed studies in Business Administration, Supply Chain / Logistics or comparable
- Professional experience in Supply Chain / Logistics and Disposition / Material Procurement
- Advanced user skills in SAP and Google Workspace
- Fluent English and advanced German skills spoken and written
