Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client Airbus Operations you act as Supply Chain Logistics & Transport Specialist (m/f/d) in the Production Activity Control Team at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
The position is a temporary offer limited up to 12 month.
Your responsibilities:
- Ensuring the stable and continuous flow of kitting operations (inbound to outbound)
- Managing the coordination of external companies (in accordance with work specifications)
- Providing information and answer questions linked to the different process flows within the Kit Factory
- Eliminating disturbances and providing quick, effective solutions within the flow of kitting operations
- Monitoring KPIs of both the team and its logistics service providers
- Identifying opportunities for improvements
- Utilizing appropriate methods to uncover root causes and develop sustainable solutions
- Providing compassionate support and managing the demands of internal customers regarding processes, tools and systems
- Actively contributing to cross-functional and transnational improvement projects
Your profile:
- Completed university degree or technician training in Aerospace Engineering, Supply Chain / Logistics, Engineering or comparable
- Professional experience in Customer Service, Quality Management or Supply Chain
- Good knowledge in Lean Management and basic knowledge in Service Bulletin
- Experience in using SAP and Google Workspace
- High proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both written and spoken
