Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in München you will be working as a Scrum Master.
Your responsibilities:
- Moderation and organization of the individual Scrum events
- Ensure that user strories meet the quality criteria of Definition of Entry, Ready and Done at the appropriate point in time
- Support the team in focusing on creating high quality increments
- Support and coach the entire team
- Communicate facts and figures from within the team
- Ensure a smooth flow of information from within the team
- Constantly communicate with the oter SMs and the RTE
- Ensuring all Scrum events are happening, positive, productive and stay within the timebox
- Removing obstacles to ensure progress of the scrum team
- Reducing disruptive influences from the outside
- Introducing Scrum, i.e. providing support to unterstnd Scrum theory and practice
- Supporting the team in decision making
- Ensuring consistent communication from the tam into the Scrum of Scrums
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, computer science, engineering, natural sciences or comparable
- Certifications as a Scrum Master are an advantage
- Several years of professional experience in project management
- Knowledge of classic and agile methods
- Confident handling of Jira, Confluence und Teamcenter
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
