Your prospective job:
For our reknown customer Airbus Operations you act as Project Manager & Problem Solving Leader (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Deeply analyze and understand complex technical problems impacting FAL & VSM (Value Stream Management)
- Lead and orchestrate multi-functional teams (MFT) to collaboratively address and resolve identified issues
- Develop clear and comprehensive process descriptions for current and future state solutions
- Conduct thorough assessments of the industrial impact of problems and proposed solutions
- Drive the development of innovative "to-be" solutions, leveraging design and technology
- Perform detailed cost and benefit analyses for proposed solutions to ensure their viability and value
- Identify and mitigate potential risks while seizing opportunities for improvement throughout the project lifecycle
Your profile:
- Completed studies in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Economics or comparable
- Professional experience in the field of production, Manufacturing Engineering and Project Management
- Knowledge in risk management
- Proficient Use and Knowledge in Google Workspace and Click'nBuy (BySide)
- High proficiency in German as well as in English, both written and spoken
