Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Performance & Digitalization Officer A320 Family Quality Customer Line (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and Deliver A320 Family Quality Customer Line Performance Management
- Deliver the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicator for Quality Customer Lines
- Integrate KPI and deliver the associated dashboards for performance monitoring
- Support and Deliver Customers Performance Management
- Deliver the definition and implementation of Key Performance Indicator for Customer Management and Customer WatchTower
- Integrate KPI and deliver the associated dashboards and template for Customer Management and Communication
- Support and Deliver In-Service of Customer Portfolio
- Deliver Customers Manufacturing Quality Items (MQI) Technical Requests
- Be the Customers interface on MQI Technical Request
- Develop the Digital Transformation of the team
- Enhance processes and KPI improvement through digitalization
- Improve capitalization through digitalization
- Close collaboration with the central and operational quality functions in manufacturing, delivery and in-service, as well as various other interfaces in Customer Services, Chief Engineering and Procurement
Your profile:
- Completed studies in engineering, aerospace or comparable
- Work experience in aerospace, process improvement, project and quality management
- Experience in performance management is an advantage
- Good knowledge of Total Quality Management
- AI skills required
- Confident handling of Goolge Workspace
- Fluent English spoken and written
- German and/or French is an advantage
