Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Management-Assistance of Resource & Competences (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Operations in Bremen.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Resource review and on ad hoc request the preparation of MBR (Monthly Business review) for some Airframe Domains and for Airframe level consolidated view together with our Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP)
- Support the Domain managers to deal with Resource levels (e.g adaptation of the existing Workforce) to meet the Headcount Targets
- Conduct skills analysis activities to determine needs and priorities for management decisions in terms of staffing. This activity is performed using continuous creation and monitoring of minimum socle of competence, critical skills and age analysis
- Track of completion rate of competence assessment campaign and creation of respective reports
- Anticipate necessary adaptation of employees’ competences, allowing a pipeline of appropriate competences in support of business strategy
- Track of Recruitment activities together with HRBP, supporting the operational teams
- Capture training needs from the Domain or the Skill axis, then sharing them with the Airframe learning focal point and with the Engineering Academy
- Support learning solution deployment for the airframe populations
- Ensure communication and consistency of data with the other airframe business managers (subcontracting management, workload/workforce management, Transformation and strategy, performance management…), with finance controllers and with HRBPs
- Support the development and deployment of BOM One tool (Engineering Business management tool) in airframe concerning resource management part
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, human resources management or comparable
- Work experience in human recources
- First experience in data analysis
- Good knowledge of project management
- Ability to create dashboards, analysis and reports
- Confident handling in Google Workspace (mainly Google-Sheets)
- Fluent English, spoken and written
- French and German is nice to have
