Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Commodity Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Entry point to company for commodity management (per commodity products/services)
- Establishing, implementing and improving commodity strategy
- Implementing the Procurement policy
- Performing market analysis (global sourcing including offsets)
- Managing sourcing (CFT, RFP, etc...) & contract management
- Contributing in monitoring & improving supplier performance
- Identifying & leading value creation project and supporting product /service innovation
- Sustaining long term relationships with suppliers
- Ensuring risk management
Your profile:
- Completed studies in business administration, supply chain/logistics, economics or comparable
- Further training and solid experience in Commodity management
- Professional experience in scheduling/material procurement and purchasing
- Confident handling with MS-Office and SAP
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
