Your privacy is our concern
We are delighted that you are interested in our company and our services and wish you to feel secure regarding the protection of your person-related data when visiting our website. Because we take the protection of your personal data very seriously. The observance of the rules of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a matter of course for us.
We want you to know in what cases we collect data and how we use it. In order to protect your rights, we have adopted technical and organisational measures and also ensured that external service providers commissioned by us comply with the data protection regulations.
1. Personal data
Personal data refers to any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). This includes details such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address. For the use of our website, it is necessary that you disclose certain personal information. In certain cases, however, we need your name and your address and other personal information so that we can provide the required services.
The same applies, for example, to the sending of information material and products ordered or for responding to individual questions. We will advise you accordingly where this is necessary. Furthermore, we only save and process data that you disclose to us voluntarily or without being asked. If you utilise services, we will usually only collect data that is required for performing the services. If we ask you for further information, it is voluntary information. The processing of personal data is done only to render the requested service and to safeguard our own legitimate business interests.
2. Usage for a specific purpose
The provision of personal data is neither required by law nor by contract. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of a contract.
When you do provide us with personal data (last name, first name, address, e-mail address, CV, date of birth, profession-related documents, possibly a picture) voluntarily, we usually use it to respond to your enquiry, process your order or provide you access to specific information or offers. You can at any time obtain information on the data we have stored about you. For this, please send an e-mail to:
The purpose for which your voluntarily provided personal data is collected, stored and used is the continued monitoring and transmission of the job offers to you as applicant or of applicant data to you as potential employer that corresponds to your applicant profile and requirements profile, respectively. Your right of withdrawal (see below) shall remain unaffected.
There will be no automated decision-making.
We do not sell or otherwise market your personal data to third parties.
Work placement inevitably involves that the applicant has access to certain information of the potential employer and vice versa. In this context, we can disclose information to third parties (potential employers, applicants), if you agree. By creating an applicant profile in the retrievable applicant database, you agree that – in accordance with GDPR or until revoked – the nationwide offices of Orizon Holding GmbH and the associated subsidiaries have permanent access to your personal data provided (data is deleted automatically after six months at the latest when there is no written consent of the applicant) and make them available to potential employers in applicant dossiers.

We evaluate this technical data anonymously and only for statistical purposes, to continually optimise our website and make our internet services even more attractive. This anonymous data is stored separately from personal information on a secure system and cannot be traced to an individual person. Your personal data and privacy are therefore protected at all times.
4. Children and adolescents
Persons below the age of 16 must not transmit personal data to us without the consent of their parents or legal guardians. We do not request personal data from children and young people, nor do we collect such information or pass it on to third parties.

Cookies are small text files which are sent from a web server to your browser and stored on the hard drive of your computer. No personal data of the user is stored, only the internet protocol address. This information is used to automatically recognise you on your next visit to our website and to facilitate navigation. Cookies enable us, for instance, to customise a website in line with your interests, or to store your password so that you do not have to re-enter it each time.
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited (“Google”). Google Analytics uses "cookies", which are text files stored in your computer and enable analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States where it is stored anonymously. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activities for website operators, and to provide additional services related to the use of the website and the internet. Google may also pass this information on to third parties in so far as this is required by law or if third parties process the data on Google's behalf. In any event, Google will not associate your IP address with other data held by Google.
By using this website, you agree that the data that Google collects about you may be processed as described above and for the purpose described above.
Of course, you can also view our website without cookies. If you do not wish us to recognise your computer, please adjust your web browser settings. You can set your browser to block cookies before a cookie is saved by selecting “block all cookies”. For full details of how this works, please read the browser manufacturer's instructions. If you do not accept cookies, you may limit the functionality of our services.
You can prevent data collection by Google Analytics by clicking on the following link. This sets an opt-out cookie that prevents the future collection of your data when visiting this website:
9. Facebook Conversion Tracking
This website uses a “visitor action pixel” offered by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”), also called “Facebook pixel”. This application is used to track actions, create custom audiences and personalised ads when a user has viewed or clicked on a Facebook advert. This allows us to track the effectiveness of Facebook advertising for statistical and market research purposes. The data collected for this application is anonymous, meaning that we are unable to draw any conclusions regarding the user’s identity. However, the data is also saved and processed by Facebook, so that it can be linked to your user profile and so that Facebook can use the data for its own advertising purposes in line with the Facebook Data Protection Policy. There, you will also find information on how to revoke the use of your data and how to have them cancelled: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy. You can enable Facebook as well as its partners to switch advertising ads to and from Facebook. Furthermore, a cookie may be saved on your computer for this purpose.

Google may also pass this information obtained via Maps on to third parties in so far as this is required by law or as far as third parties may process the data on Google's behalf. Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. However, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users based on the data obtained. It would be possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the Google website could be processed for other purposes beyond our scope of influence.
14. Google Tag Manager and Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
We also use Google AdWords Conversion Tracking. Google AdWords places a cookie on your computer, if you reached our website via a Google ad. These cookies expire after 30 days and are not used for personal identification. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, we and Google will be able to tell that someone clicked on the ad and was redirected to our page. Every Google AdWords customer has a different cookie. Thus, cookies cannot be tracked using the website of an AdWords advertiser. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted into conversion tracking. AdWords customers can find out the total number of users who have clicked on their ad and been redirected to the page with a conversion tracking tag. The advertisers do not, however, obtain any information that can be used to identify users personally. Should you not wish to participate in the tracking process, you can also reject the placement of a cookie in this instance by using the browser setting which generally disables the automatic placement of cookies. You can also disable cookies for conversion tracking by setting your browser to block cookies originating from the domain “googleadservices.com”.
