Your prospective job:

For our customer Airbus Operations located in Hamburg / Finkenwerder you are acting as a Supply Officer Tools (m/f/d).

You will be working in an international supply management team in the after-sales business in a dynamic environment, striving for growth, innovation and customer oriented services & solutions.

Your responsibilities:

  • Placing an collaborating on purchase / repair orders for tools & GSE, analysing late deliveries, prioritizing orders and managing recovery plans
  • Ensuring the correctness of the requirements communicated to the suppliers
  • Managing the flow of material to Airbus to secure that parts are delivered in time, quality and costs
  • Placing orders to secure the promised delivery date, taking into account the availability of the material at the various stage of the process
  • Daily monitoring of the supply chain and maintaining regular contact with suppliers around the world
  • Representing SATAIR towards strategic suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Resolving quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions with the suppliers and the Airbus stakeholders
  • Reporting various KPIs and data
  • Leading transnational projects to sustain customer satisfaction and launching corrective actions at operational level in case of discrepancies

Your profile:

  • University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or Engineering, vocational training with the same specialisation or comparable
  • Several years of experience in customer service, Supply and Project Management
  • Very good knowledge in SAP and MS-Office
  • Data analysing skills
  • Fluent Germany and English, both spoken and written
