Your prospective job:
You will be working for our customer Airbus Operations at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site as Supply Officer After Sales (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the flow of materials to Airbus and search for solutions to fulfill customer demands on standard and hardware materials
- Ensuring the accuracy of requirements submitted to suppliers and developing creative ideas to meet urgent needs
- Communicating demand to suppliers, placing and tracking orders, analyzing delivery delays and managing recovery plans
- Active participation in the definition and negotiation of logistic processes
- Monitoring the performance of the supply chain in day-to-day business as well as regular contact with suppliers
- Regular communication with internal customers about the progress of the order
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies in engineering, business administration, supply chain / logistics or a comparable qualification
- First professional experience in scheduling / material procurement, purchasing, logistics, supply chain
- Experience in customer service
- Good knowledge of project management
- Good knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Google Workspace
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of written and spoken German
