Your prospective job:
For our prestigious client in the aerospace industry in Hamburg you will be working as a Software System Engineer Aviation.
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of the definition, architecture and design of wiring and interconnection for
customer and test programs
- Liaising with aircraft and seat integrator with regards to in-seat and aircraft integration
activities
- Monitoring and coordinating supplier activities and liaising with various internal stakeholders
(procurement, marketing, etc.)
- Supporting and conducting harness qualification activities
- Preparing and improving processes, guidelines and tools for EWIS
development
- Supporting other team members in their tasks and coordinating activities with other internal
development teams
- Supporting the head of system engineering in the development of the EWIS
development group
Your profile:
- University degree in either Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or equivalent degrees
- Work experience as a Software Systems Engineer Aviation is mandatory
- Good knowledge in one or more systems engineering domains like safety, avionics, software development, requirements engineering or validation and verification (V&V)
- Knowledge of aviation system development processes SAE ARP4754A, ARP4761 and industry guidelines DO-254, DO-178, DO-160
- Aviation knowledge in one or more of the following areas: regulations like EASA/FAA Part-21, Part-25, OEM standards (Airbus ABD0100, Boeing D6-36440)
