Your prospective job:
For our valued customer from the aerospace industry you will work as Embedded Software Design Engineer (m/f/d) in the Bremen area.
Your responsibilities:
- Software development according to relevant software quality specifications like ECSS or DO specifications (aerospace)
- Definition of software products and creation of software concepts
- Optimization of the development process
- Estimation of development effort
- Establishment of software architectures
- Programming of software modules in Embedded C and C++
- Development and realization of corresponding test concepts
- Creation and maintenance of documentation such as specifications, design descriptions, test procedures and reports
Your profile:
- Completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience with embedded software development in C and C++
- Knowledge of the development standards ECSS or DO-178 or similar
- System understanding and independent implementation of designs into complex specifications
- Experience in writing documentation (including system design, test documentation)
- Integrity with respect to data security is required
- Team and communication skills and independent, goal-oriented working style
- Good English skills are a must and German a plus
