Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Aerostructures you will work at the Hamburg-Finkenwerder site as Scrum Master GenAI and AI Projects (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities:
- Facilitate all Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective) effectively
- Coach the team, Product Owner and organization on Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and protect the team from distractions
- Foster a self-organizing, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
- Guide the team in prioritizing the most valuable goals and delivering Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
- Adapt to changing priorities and project requirements, pivoting or persevering as needed
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency
- Track and visualize relevant Scrum metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Promote continuous improvement and learning within the team
Your profile:
- Completed technical studies in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in project management
- First professional experience as an assistant
- Affinity for AI and digitalisation
- Good knowledge of process management
- In-depth knowledge of Scrum and agile methods (e.g. Kanban)
- IT knowledge in Google Workspace
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
