Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Risk Sharing Partner (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Manage performance and operations of assigned on site partners and suppliers
- Enable on site support (create approval documents, provide safety instructions, share information of changing workflows)
- Work closely with partners on the shopfloor
- Improve performance and processes through established methods e.g. regular Gemba Walk, Audits, Go & See
- Continuously track and analyze defined KPIs and measurement
- Act as focal point of the partner and represent them in internal escalation and performance review meetings (e.g. PCB- production control board Level 1/Level 3)
- Support in preparation of weekly and monthly performance reviews
- Run regular performance dialogues with partners, set and update performance objectives
- Provide training and coaching to partners to increase their performance
- Improve workflows of on site support and act as interface to final assembly line
- Support internal risk sharing partner projects/ strategy (e.g. preparation of decision templates for Head of Risk Sharing Partner)
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience as Project Leader and Process Improvement
- Basic knowledge in Risk Management
- Knowledge in Data Analyses desirable
- Advanced SAP skills
- Skills in Google Workspace, Skywise and Tandem advantageous
- Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
- Basic French skills
