Your prospective job:
For our renowned customer from Aerospace you are acting as Quality Manager (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Monitor the company structure/processes
- Draw the attention to deviations of processes from normative / customer requirements
- Develop solutions with regard to the process chain
- Monitor and revise internal company guidelines
- Ensure that procedures comply with the quality reference documentation
- Document the general organisational system
- Continuous review and development of the organisation's process landscape
- Coordination, consulting and training of managers and functional employees
- Implement the accreditation and certification processes for the activity (EN 9100, PART 21, ISO 9001)
- Assess the efficacy of the quality management system
- Plan audits to analyse procedures applied within the company
- Ensure corrective and preventive measures to deal with non-conformities, customer complaints and changes to requirements
- Permanently ensure customer satisfaction
- As Operational supervisor report to the General Management
Your profile:
- University degree in Quality Engineering, Quality Management or comparable
- Certification as auditor desirable
- Professional experience in quality management, in handling and implementing a quality management system
- Experience in process management, audits, risk management and analysing
- Knowledge in Airbus / Aerospace environment, aeronautical regulations (Part 21) and the EN9100 quality standard
- Very good MS-Office and good Programming skills (VBA)
- Fluent English and good German skills spoken and written
