Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space you are acting as Project Management Officer (m/f/d) at the location Manching.
As Project Management Officer (m/f/d) you will be part of the team Integration & Strategy within Flight Physics Centre of Competence (CoC). Flight Physics is responsible for the design and characterization for all military aircraft programs along their product life cycle.
Your responsibilities:
- Support in project planning and controlling
- Increase efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness of Flight Physics CoC
- Integration and analysis of time, cost, resources and quality data
- Programme / Project planning and scheduling incl. breakdown structures
- Risk and opportunity Management
- Performance monitoring (milestones tracking), control and reporting, phase reviews
- Contractual Data Configuration Control / Change management
- Analyse the enablers for operational excellence and implement e.g. integrated financial plan, dashboards
- PM process and tools implementation management
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Project Management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Project Management and Engineering Areas
- Very good experience in application of project management tools and agile methods
- Skills in Jira, Confluence and G-Suite (App Scripting)
- Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
