Your prospective job:
For our customer customer Airbus Operations you are acting in the field Project Management / Quality Customer Service at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyze the current training set up in the Quality Customer Line
- Support of defining the new strategy Stakeholder Management
- Support the re-shape of new Quality profile in the Customer Line and controlling of milestones
- Set up support of a Communication & Change Management plan
- Advise, set-up and deploy Performance Management
- Support structure, governance and improvements through digital tools
- Set up a sustainable monitoring of implementation steps
Your profile:
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or comparable
- Professional experience in Customer Service, Project and Quality Management
- Basic Project Management skills
- Google Workspace skills advantageous
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German and French skills desirable
