Your prospective job:
For our client Airbus Operations you are acting as a Project Categorisation Coach (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Project Categorization Manager to manage and support the categorization of Gold, Platinum, Iron, Bronze, and Silver projects, including pre-assessments of new initiatives
- Leading and coordinating the project categorization process for Gold and Platinum projects, providing guidance, running awareness sessions, and presenting at Categorization Recommendation Reviews
- Supporting Project Managers in using the Planisware tool for categorization assessments and approvals, including monthly user support sessions to address categorization issues
- Ensuring consistency in interpreting categorization criteria and aligning project levels with Project Management Certification requirements, while promoting adherence to existing rules
- Contributing to methodology updates and process improvements, including sharing best practices, optimizing tools, and maintaining an informed, transnational stakeholder list
- Generating monthly management reports and KPIs on categorization progress for internal and business stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Completed studies in project management, aerospace, business administration, international management or comparable
- Several years of work experience in project management
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office and SAP
- Knowledge in Google Workspace
- PM certification is an advantage
- A good understanding of Projects & Project Management is a requirement for this role
- A technical background is desirable
- Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written
- Good French skills
