Your prospective job:

You are acting as Materiel Services Specialist for our client Airbus Defence and Space in Manching.

Your responsibilities:

  • Order processing for internal and external customers by ensuring on time, on costs, on quality delivery of spares and repairs (make or buy)
  • Provision of actual purchase data to the customers
  • Ensuring end-to-end materiel delivery from order intake till its final acceptance including discrepancies resolution management
  • Operating in service support contracts in reference to spares and repairs aspects. Output: price lists and individual offers as baseline for service support (spares, repairs, other services)
  • Correct order handling in accordance with Export Control Regulations, REACH or other applicable procedures and standards
  • Act as single point of contact for customers for materiel support orders and deliveries
  • Obtaining pricing information
  • Preparation and provision of quotations and/or price lists to customers
  • Order management for Initial provisioning and service support
  • Follow-up and risk mitigation in the spares and repair provisioning process until delivery to customer
  • Management of customer queries including returned materials and warranty claims

Your profile:

  • Completed Master studies in Business informatics, Industrial engineering, Economics or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in the field of Procurement, IT and Supply Chain / Logistics
  • Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Specific knowledge in SAP
  • Communication and team-working skills
  • Structured, independently and self-motivated way of working
  • Fluent German and English, spoken and written
