Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations, you are acting as Future Line Concept Architecture Developer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Propose new concept for future lines
- Assess the integrability of concepts into Airbus Future Final Assembly Lines (FAL) environment
- Participate in working sessions for concept lines ideation and evaluation
- Perform detailed analysis of concept lines using adapted tools (SWOT and lean design guidelines)
- Integrate FAL bricks (eg. Logistic concepts, Jigs and Tools) into the various concept lines and assess the impact on industrial performance
- Support 3D modeling and value assessment team
- Ensure that concept lines are properly modelled (Catia, 3DX, Anylogic)
- Support Workstream leader in coordinating the activities of the work stream
- Mature FAL concepts to bring them to expected milestones maturity
- Deliver FAL concept lines sustained on industrial rationale
- Evaluate FAL concept lines based on Airbus industrial assessment methodologies
- Ensure consistency with other work streams of Future FAL project
Your profile:
- University degree in Technical Studies, Engineering or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Industrial Design, Jigs & Tools and Project Management
- Experience in the design, coordination and administrative management of production lines
- Good knowledge in Lean Management and basics in Project Management
- Knowledge in Industrial Line Design advantageous
- First knowledge in Catia V5
- Google Workspace skills advantageous
- Fluent English and German skills spoken and written
