Your prospective job:
We are looking for a Financial Customer Agent (m/f/d) for the UK Market in full time for our client, a global financial services provider specialised in payment process for E-Commerce companies. You will be part of an international team of professionals in charge of providing excellent customer service. The offices are located in Berlin-Spandau; however, due to the current situation you will be working from home office.
Your responsibilities:
• Providing advice and support for our customers on all product-related issues
• Answering customer enquiries via telephone and e-mail
• Identifying and reporting any potential for product improvement to your team leader
• Close collaboration with other team members
Your profile:
• Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
• You speak English at the C2 level
• Work experience in professional customer service or in the commercial sector is a plus
• A strong service and solution-oriented mindset
• Independent work and flexibility
• Empathy and the ability to listen actively
