Your prospective job:
For our client Airbus Defence and Space you are working as Equipment Engineer Eurofighter Electronic Warfare (m/f/d) in Manching. Your will be acting in international projects as a part of an interdisciplinary team.
Your responsibilities:
- Analyse Eurofighter Avionics architecture, system design as well as Customer requirements to derive and define Equipment requirements (functional, non-functional performance & procedural) & negotiate with Equipment supplier
- Give guidance and harmonize certification and qualification planning between Engineering & Equipment supplier
- Validate supplier`s certification and qualification artefacts; contribute to development milestone reviews
- Support qualification and verification activities at supplier`s premises
- Support technical workshops with stakeholders from the company, suppliers and partner companies
Your profile:
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, computer science, Aerospace Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Experience about certification and qualification in airworthiness context (e.g. DO178C & DO254) is needed
- Experience in managing a Supplier within aviation industry is required
- Knowledge and experience about product safety and product certification is mandatory
- Experiences in managing a Supplier within aviation industry is necessary
- Knowledge about Eurofighter Weapon System and Avionics within military environment is a plus
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office, SAP
- Know-How in DOORS would be a plus
- Teamplayer with customer orientation
- Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
