Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space you will be acting as Embedded Software Engineer FCS & FMS (m/f/d) at the location Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop embedded safety critical software for an onboard system of Eurofighter
- Responsible to design and code safety critical real time software
- Before making software airborne, integrate and test the work directly on the target hardware
Your profile:
- Completed studies (masters degree) in computer science, Embedded Systems or comparable
- Several years of experience in Embedded Systems Software Development and Model-based System Design
- Practical experience in ADA, C or Java is mandatory
- First experience with programming standards is necessary
- Knowledge in Python would be desirable
- Understanding the challenges of developing safety critical software and Awareness of Civil standards DO-178c and DO-330 is necessary
- Fluent English skills spoken and written, German knowledge would be beneficial
