Your prospective job:
For our international client in the field of aviation, we are looking for you as a Software Engineer (f/m/d) for embedded systems in Munich.
Your responsibilities:
- Embedded software development using embedded C for a STM32 based hardware platforms
- Development of high quality, safety critical embedded software for hardware control, applications, data processing and network communications, including requirements definition
- Implementation and end-to-end verification of communication protocols
- Integration of new hardware platforms, real time operating systems, and controllers
- Development of software security solutions
- Development and maintenance of testing tools and toolchains
- Support for integrated system and airframe integration tests
Your profile:
- University degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering or similar qualification
- First work experience as a Software Engineer would be advantageous
- Good programming skills in embedded C
- Work experience with low level development, fundamentals in operating systems, real time concepts and concurrent software design
- Experience with process and quality driven development of safety critical systems (e.g. DO-178-C) focusing on the left side of the V-cycle would be a plus
- Business fluent in English. German would be a plus.
