Your prospective job:
You are acting as a Customer Order Manager (m/f/d) for our client Airbus Aerostructures in Hamburg - Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Responsible for the coordination between the Production units and SATAIR and then our Customers (Airlines, MRO) ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
- Act as a focal point between Production units, Ordering, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Comment/advise on potential improvements regarding the way of working
- Support our business and our subcontractors in SAP systems
- Responsible and accountable for the definition, implementation, and reporting of key projects and/or continuous improvement programs (within a defined area)
- Plant Production Coordination (what, when, follow-up)
- Compile all required information regarding order status and delivery date
- Ensure on-time and on-quality delivery and shipment of parts
- Trigger the provision of commercial data (e.g., cost, lead-time) to ASO on request
Your profile:
- Completed studies or technical qualification in business administration, supply chain / logistics, supply chain quality or comparable
- Work experience in supply chain and production planning and control
- Confident handling of MS-Office and SAP
- Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
