Your prospective job:

You are acting as a Customer Account Manager (m/f/d) on a permanent basis for our prestigious client out of the aerospace sector in the area of Landsberg am Lech.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of assigned customers and meeting financial accounting objectives
  • Maintaining a good relationship, providing technical assistance, up-selling and supporting the customer
  • Operating as the main contact person for all matters specific to the customer account
  • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction as well as improving it, responsibility for every experience the customer makes with our company
  • Responding to orders placed by the customer and include suggestions made by the customer
  • Ensuring the timely and successfully delivery of our solutions according to the customer's needs
  • Interfacing frequently with all the departments to ensure on-time performance
  • Interacting and discussing with Engineering and Maintenance areas, looking for to develop the proper Technical argumentation to solve Customers requests
  • Negotiating and concluding contracts as well as supporting pricing analysts for account changes and financing credit processes
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics as well as preparing reports on the account status
  • Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders

Your profile:

  • Professional experience in account management projects is required
  • Aviation knowledge is a key, mainly on maintenance, operation and logistic areas
  • Very good knowledge in the area of customer service, relationship development and sales
  • Very good MS Office, SAP or ther ERP/MRP Systems knowledge
  • Good English skills, spoken and written
  • German and/or Spanish language skills would be an advantage
