Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting in Configuration Management / Manufacturing Engineering as part of the A320 Family Programme at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Perform Industrial Integration of version modifications & late mandatory Customer Options requests
- Identify any Industrial risks/constraints
- Monitor Deliverables vs Programme Planning
- Perform and consolidate the Industrial Integration of any version reallocation
- Ensure appropriate monitoring of industrial risks/constraints
- Support Project & Chief Engineering teams
- Mitigate potential risks on new project developments, systems crisis
- Ensure Programme robustness in fleet integration
- Continuously improve fleet industrial integration deliverables
- Ensure on time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead in continuous improvement of general industrial processes and tool projects
- Simplify the customization process to support Rate Increase
- Support digitalization and associated Lean opportunities
Your profile:
- Technical University degree, degree in economics or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Manufacturing Engineering and Configuration Management
- Knowledge in Project Management, Aerospace, Stakeholder Management and Aircraft IT Configuration und Industrial Systems advantageous
- Skills in Google Workspace advantageous
- Fluent German and English skills spoken and written
- French skills desirable
