Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space, you are acting as Combat Aircraft Bid Support (m/f/d) at the location Manching.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Combat Bid Support Team in the management of bid environment and bid data
- Administer the data relating to Eurofighter campaigns
- Support the Bid Managers in the regular meetings, drum-beat sessions, and technical team discussions
- Ensure housekeeping of the campaign related data
- Keep control over accounts and applications to the bid tools
- Support the Combat Bid Team in the day-to-day tasks and activities
- Ensure that the Campaign / Bid Team follows the correct procedures and captures information
- Support the users of the bid tools across different departments
- Support the Bid Managers in the Airbus Maturity Gates and reviews
- Bring in new ideas to improve the Combat ‘Digital Bid Plan’
- Support generating new interactive templates
- Check with the programmes department to collect and collate status of campaigns
- Support the roll-out team for the Salesforce tool
- Represent the Combat department’s requirements
Your profile:
- Completed (technical) vocational training as Information Technology Clerk, IT-Systems Clerk, a graduation as Technician / Specialist or comparable
- Many years of professional experience
- Good experience in handling new IT tools and processes
- Experience in Bid / Campaign Management beneficial
- Experience in working with military / governmental personnel is a plus
- Very good knowledge in MS-Office
- Good knowledge in Google Suite
- Experience in Confluence and MySales is beneficial
- Fluent English and advanced German skills spoken and written
