Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Defence and Space, you are acting as Central Procurement Controller (m/f/d) for Supply Chain and Transport & Logistic at the location Taufkirchen and coordinate the main Finance processes, from planning to reporting, across all entities.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation of Actuals reports
- Coordinating timeline and inputs from various stakeholders
- Ensure full alignment among stakeholders and full consolidation of results
- Responsible for OP, Budget and Forecast as well as Year End Outlook preparation
- Ensure transparent and consistent views between costs by nature and cost by destination
- Perform Deep Dive analysis on various cost base topics such as variance analysis, review of P&L contribution items
- Provide additional ad-hoc financial reports, analysis and advice
- Support TFO initiatives for harmonisation and simplification
- Support improvement/ transformation program targets
- Support to transversal topics such as travel tool and GP recharging
- Support SimpliFi exploitation and other IT / tools
- Support Procurement controlling process harmonization, improvement and simplification
Your profile:
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration or comparable
- Many years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance and Auditing
- Very good knowledge in MS-Excel
- Knowledge in SAP CO, simplyFI and G-Suite would be a plus
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German, French or Spanish would be a plus
