Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as CAPEX project manager (m/f/d) for Customer Services Operation at the location Hamburg-Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting Customer service Project Leaders to get CAPEX approval by preparing and implementing project CAPEX dossier before submission
- Participation in projects and technical advice
- Preparation and implementation of internal project reviews (deadlines, costs, etc.)
- Collecting and challenging business units investment projects
- Presentation and documentation of the projects
- Preparation and participation in planning events (operative planning, budget planning, master plan reviews and forecasts)
- Coordination with cross-functional internal and external, partly international interfaces realization
- Challenging, Reporting and controlling of the CAPEX dossier
- Identification of the risks and initiation of risk minimization measures
Your profile:
- University degree in Business Administration, Interational Management or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in controlling, finance and in CAPEX management is desirable
- Good knowledge in project management
- Methodological knowledge of financial basics (business case, RC, NRC, CAPEX, forecast) is desirable
- Good knowlegde in dealing with Google Suite
- Fluent German and English skill both spoken and written
