Your prospective job:
For our customer Airbus Operations you are acting as Cabin Customization Designer (m/f/d) at the location Hamburg / Finkenwerder.
Your responsibilities:
- Plan and manage the design from conception to completion, from initial brief to design development
- CMF (Color, Material and Finish) innovation and specification
- Bring new ways of thinking, creative ideas and way of working
- Contribute to the evolving design culture and process
- Giving input on what could increase the efficiency and valuablility for the customer
- Track and identify relevant key and emerging trends
- Regard CMF, Lighting Design, global cabin concept Design and emerging processes / technologies
- Create and update Trend Presentations and Product Mood-boards
- Translate the customer vision into branding recommendation, as well with graphics design solution
Your profile:
- University degree in Textile / Graphic / Design or comparable
- Several years of professional experience in Industrial Design
- Experience in Product, Airline or Automotive and in architectural, interior color, material and finish
- Design experience in either CMF, Lighting, concept, Industrial Design
- Experience in Rendering is a plus
- Knowledge of project management is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- Good knowledge in using MS-Office, Adobe CC, illustrator, and Photoshop
- Knowledge of InDesign Key and CAD software e.g. KeyShot, Solidworks, Blender, Rhino, etc. is a plus
- Fluent English skills spoken and written
- German skills are an advantage
